This is a notice for those taking the CG5 Academy regular online course at CGING.

The transition of this course to an online format is a restructuring of the teaching method designed to enhance the learning efficiency of our students.

Please take the course repeatedly at your convenience and make full use of the feedback time to focus on improving your skills!

① How to take the course

You can take the course in [My Class] after logging in .

You can take the class starting from the morning of the first day .

A course duration is set, and the course will automatically expire upon the expiration of the period.

② Attendance Check

Live feedback is conducted daily on Discord and participation is mandatory .

Attendance will not be checked if you are absent.

③ Precautions regarding the device

You can register up to 3 devices per account . Please try to take the course using the same device. If you need to change devices, please contact the CG5 Kakao Plus Channel .

If a screen capture program runs during the lecture, the lecture may be blocked, so please make sure to close it before starting .

If an error occurs, please refer to the [FAQ Board] for solutions.

④ Inquiry

For course-related inquiries such as the following, please contact the CG5 Kakao Plus Channel .

• Device registration restrictions
• Error caused by the capture program
• Inability to watch lectures, etc.

※ Inquiry Hours: Weekdays 09:00 ~ 18:00 (Excluding Wednesdays, weekends, and public holidays)

⑤ Precautions in case of technical problems

Please contact the CG5 Kakao Plus Channel immediately during business hours if any technical issues occur .

Issues occurring outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day , and immediate response may be difficult.
